We create limited, small-batch collections with great care, and for this reason, returns are generally not accepted unless the item arrives defective or incorrect.
Eligibility for Returns
You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags, and in the same condition as received.
Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.
Non-returnable items
Sale items, gift cards, and custom/personalized orders cannot be returned.
Damaged or wrong items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at support@folded.shop if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if it’s approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at support@folded.shop.
